For Cake Club members only. Applies to the cake price on Ready-to-Order cakes, cupcakes and desserts, and on bespoke, wedding, large and event cakes. Your cake date can be any date: it is the date you confirm the order that counts. For a bespoke, wedding or event cake we quote your cake first and then take 15% off that quotation. Enter your Cake Club code when you order and the discount is worked out before you are asked to pay.
Offers cannot be combined. If you qualify for both, the 15% Launch Offer applies instead of the Cake Club welcome offer, never both. It is your new-member discount, so using it uses your welcome code: one sign-up, one new-member discount. Not included: delivery charges, anything already marked as discounted, anything specifically excluded from a promotion. Published cake prices are unchanged.

The exact launch day is confirmed once our payment system and final testing are complete. Every date is still subject to availability and to the lead time for the kind of cake you are ordering.

Cake Availability & Lead Times
How much notice each kind of cake needs. These are minimums rather than promises: every date is still subject to availability, and a date is only held once KKD has confirmed it and the required payment has been made.
Minimum 2 to 3 days' notice, subject to availability.
Ready-to-Order cakes must be paid in full to confirm the order.
Ready-to-Order cake orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, subject to your applicable UK consumer rights.
Minimum 3 weeks' notice.

Wedding and highly detailed cakes require additional planning, preparation and consultation.

Pay the required deposit to secure your date.
Your booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

Pay the remaining balance in full before collection or delivery.
Full payment is due before collection or delivery. We then finish your order and arrange collection or delivery with you.
Securing your date
Ready-to-Order products: Ready-to-Order products require full payment to confirm your order. There is no deposit on those, and your order is not confirmed until that payment has been received. Dates can be chosen from October 2026 onwards.
Bespoke cakes: Pay the required deposit to secure your date. Your booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received. Full payment is due before collection or delivery.
Changes and rescheduling
Please refer to our full booking terms for information about cancellations, amendments, rescheduling and refunds.
Collection & delivery
Delivery is available at an additional charge and is arranged through our external delivery partners. Delivery fees are calculated separately and confirmed before your order is finalised.
Allergens & Dietary Requirements
We are happy to discuss dietary requirements where possible. However, our products are prepared in an environment where allergens including eggs, milk, gluten, nuts and other allergens may be present. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or suitable for customers with severe allergies.

How our prices work
Standard products have fixed prices that are published on the site. Cakes and catering vary by size, design and guest numbers, so they are shown as a starting price and quoted individually.
Starting prices apply to simple designs. Final pricing depends on flavour, filling, design complexity, decoration, toppers and additional finishing details.
